We take pride in the craftsmanship of Seresilk products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, we are happy to assist under the following conditions.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
Seresilk accepts returns and replacement requests within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The product remains unopened, unused, and in its original condition.

  • The packaging is undamaged and intact.

  • Proof of purchase is provided.
