We want your Seresilk products to arrive quickly and safely. All orders are carefully packed to ensure your products are protected on their journey.

Customs & Duties
For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price. If you choose not to pay the customs fees, we are unable to offer a refund.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
We provide tracking details with every order and encourage customers to monitor their shipment’s progress. If your parcel is delayed, we recommend checking the tracking status and contacting the courier. Seresilk is not responsible for lost or unclaimed packages. If an incorrect address is provided at checkout, any additional shipping costs to resend the parcel will be the customer’s responsibility.
